Welcome to the new Obbi Admin Centre!

We are proud to introduce a fresh new look for Managers and Admins, with the new Obbi Admin Centre:

We’ve streamlined everything to make it easier to manage your teams, users, tasks and training - all in one place. Additionally, we’ve made the following improvements in the following key areas:

🏅 Teams and Users

• Team Managers can now add and manage users to their own teams, without requiring admin access.
• New users are automatically sent a Welcome Email to activate their account, saving managers time during onboarding of staff.

✅ Tasks

There’s an overhauled design for creating tasks that simplifies the whole process, and brings key information about team assignments up-front:

An improved layout for editing task pages and questions now means you have a better idea of what your team are going to be seeing when they use Obbi:

🎓 Training

Courses and Modules are now all under one area, simply called Training. This is where you’ll be able to create new courses, import existing content from other places, and assign content to your teams.

Editing modules is easier than ever now, with a new interface for importing and managing slides and content from existing sources:

These changes have all been made as a direct result of continued feedback from clubs around the world using Obbi to make safety and compliance easier to manage.

Please note that the following pages are no longer shown on the main Admin screen: 

• Actions - all actions are now managed from the Actions area in Obbi.
• Alerts - the alerts functionality has been superseded by the Messages area in Obbi.
• Assets and Locations - these features are undergoing improvements, planned for later in 2024.
• Skills and Skill Finder - this functionality has been retired from Obbi. 
• Training Groups - this functionality is accessible from within the Training page.
