⭐ Category Filter on Team Overview - Managers can now filter their Team Overview by category, making it quicker to drill down into specific areas of compliance across tasks, documents, and risk assessments.

⭐ Notes on Task Reports - Managers can now add notes directly to completed Task Reports, making it easier to record follow-up context and observations alongside the original checklist data.

🎨 Improvements and Updates

The Individual Task Summary page now displays the Task Reports table directly on the page, removing the need to navigate away to view reports.
Teams managed and team memberships are now shown on the User Profile page for Site Administrators, giving a clearer picture of each staff member's role across the organisation.
Improved the calculation logic for Team Overview and Sites Overview metrics for greater accuracy and consistency.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where the Guided Task Summary page showed an empty observation list and user selector.
Fixed an issue where Task Observations were not displaying the correct information in certain circumstances.
Fixed padding and layout issues on the Asset open issues and linked tasks views.
Fixed an issue where the user import function was not working correctly for multi-site organisations.
Fixed an issue where task schedules were not updating on the Obbi Mobile App.

February 2026

⭐ Multi-Site Organisations - A major new capability for operators managing multiple sites. Multi-site organisations can now view and manage all their sites from a single Obbi account, with a new Sites Overview dashboard that brings together compliance scores, KPIs, and team metrics across every location. Each site retains its own teams, users, and data — while administrators get a unified view from the top.

⭐ Shared Folders - Distribute courses, documents, and risk assessments across multiple sites at once using Shared Folders. Content placed in a Shared Folder is automatically available to the assigned sites, removing the need to duplicate materials manually for each location.

⭐ "Remember This Device" for MFA - Users logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication can now choose to remember their device for 30 days, reducing the need to re-enter a code on every login.

🎨 Improvements and Updates

User imports now support a site column for multi-site organisations.
User history imports are now available to all managers.
The Manage Users page now shows both user and manager status for each person.
Added a page size selector to Inbox, Drafts, and Sent Messages for easier browsing.
Bulk document upload improvements.
Added a filter for documents with no owner.
The "Create New Review" button on Risk Assessments has been renamed to reduce confusion.
Improved the Certificate upload experience with a better expiry date picker.
Incident forms can now be hidden or deleted by administrators.
Managers can now see the Incidents page in their navigation menu.

Fixed an issue where staff training percentages on the Team Overview could display values over 100%.
Fixed various calculation inconsistencies between Team Overview tiles and drill-down lists.
Fixed an issue with creating messages when selecting team members as recipients.
Fixed an issue where certificate expiry dates were not saving correctly during upload.
Fixed an issue preventing the mobile app from reporting issues.
Fixed an issue where task reports created against shared assignments were not visible to Site Administrators.

⭐ All Teams and My Teams Toggle - Site Administrators can now switch between viewing all organization teams or just their directly managed teams, giving managers the flexibility to focus on what matters most to them.

⭐ Team Overview Dashboard - The new Team Overview dashboard is now live, replacing the old version. This central hub lets managers monitor and track club operations across all areas from a single view.

⭐ Refreshed Design - We've updated the look and feel throughout Obbi with a modern, cleaner interface that makes the platform easier and more enjoyable to use.

⭐ Team Overview and Reports - A totally new Team Overview screen brings together all the key information from your teams into one place. Set custom metrics to track, such as % of staff fully trained or incidents raised in the last month, and drill down quickly to get the details on outstanding safety or compliance issues. ⭐ Cost Tracker for assets and actions - Costs can now be tracked against all inspections, services and fault fixes for your assets - with a central hub to track expenditure across all asset classes in your organisation or club. ⭐ Issue Reporting and Approval Workflow - Actions have had a major overhaul to make them even more useful for facilities management and response maintenance.

🎨 Improvements and Updates

Documents can now have multiple teams added for acknowledgement, making it much easier to distribute key safety and policy information to different groups within your organisation or club.
Assets now have individual QR codes for accessing fault reporting and service tasks instantly from the Obbi Mobile App.

⭐ Asset Register - Track all machinery and equipment at your club from one place, in Obbi. The new Asset Register module will allow greenkeepers, maintenance managers and mechanics to keep track of hours, maintenance issues, and pre-start checks against all their individual assets - making it easy to manage all in one place.

⭐ Email Notifications for Messages - A highly requested update to the Messages functionality in Obbi now means that managers can choose to notify their staff via email when a message is sent. This makes it much easier to communicate critical safety information, whilst giving you the confidence that staff are kept fully aware. Please note: users can only receive email notifications if they have verified their email address.

⭐ New Help Centre - Your central resource for all information and guidance on using Obbi - the new Obbi Help Centre is now available.

🎨 Improvements and Updates

Documents can now be edited in draft mode before publishing to your teams.
The home page has been revamped for greater clarity on your work and training requirements.
The Obbi Mobile app has a new home page that shows your tasks and training status at a glance.
Simplified admin options are now available with new Create and Manage menus that allow quick access to all admin functions straight away.

⭐ Editable Documents - No more having to download Word documents and re-upload them - with the new Editable Documents capability in Obbi, you are now be able to choose from a vast array of templates (e.g. Safety Statements, Emergency Contact List, Machinery SOPs etc.), and customise them from within Obbi in seconds.
