How to Use It: Uploading a New Document

</aside>

  1. Click “Documents” from your dashboard.
  2. Click “Manage Documents”.
  3. Click “Upload New Documents”
  4. Upload a file (PDF, Word, etc.) or create one using an Obbi template.
  5. Name your document clearly (e.g. “Fire Evacuation – Clubhouse”).
  6. Choose which teams or roles should have access.
  7. Tick “Require Acknowledgment” if you want staff to confirm they’ve read it.
  8. Click “Save & Publish”.

Need to Update a Document?

Keeping things current is easy:

  1. Click “Documents”, then “Manage Documents”.
  2. Find the document you want and click the three dots next to it.
  3. Select “Edit”, then click “Upload”.
  4. Choose the new file and upload it — done.

Want to check what’s changed?

Scroll down and click “Document History” to view all past versions.

Obbi keeps the audit trail for you — so you don’t have to dig.

  1. Click on the requested document and read it carefully.
  2. Click on “Acknowledge Documents” in the Training section of your homepage.
  3. Tap “Acknowledge” when done (if required).

“Do I need to upload every policy separately?”

No — but we recommend keeping each one clear and focused. That way, you can track acknowledgments and updates per topic.

They’re much more likely to — because documents show up where they work. And you’ll know who has or hasn’t viewed them.
