Obbi
</aside>
<aside>
Whether it’s a greens mower, a boiler, or the beer cooler in the clubhouse - keeping track of your equipment's service history and regular inspections matters.
</aside>
With Obbi, you can:
- See when any piece of equipment was last checked, serviced, or repaired
- Log issues and track follow-up actions, all in one place
- Set inspection schedules and receive reminders so nothing gets missed
- Prove servicing and safety checks during audits or insurance reviews
🛡 Why It Matters
Too often, asset checks are done but not documented. Paper logs get lost, servicing dates are forgotten, and no one’s quite sure when something was last looked at - until there’s a fault, or an inspector asks. Obbi keeps everything recorded, visible, and linked to the asset itself - no clipboard chasing, no guessing.

âť“ Common Questions
“What if an asset doesn’t have a QR code yet?”
No problem - you can still search for it by name in the Obbi app and complete or log a task that way.
“Can I upload past servicing records?”
Yes. When creating or editing an asset, you can specify historic service information for easy reference.
“How do I know if something’s overdue?”
Managers can view real-time dashboards showing upcoming and overdue inspections for all assets.
“Can I customise the inspection tasks?”
Absolutely - use Obbi’s template library or create your own. You can set frequency or add your own checks to the forms.
“Will Obbi remind me when a service is due?”
