âť“ Common Questions

</aside>

“Can I report from my phone?”

Yes - mobile reporting is one of Obbi’s key strengths. Whether you’re on the green or in the kitchen, it works wherever you are.

“Who gets notified when I submit an incident?”

Obbi automatically alerts the responsible person (e.g. Health & Safety Lead or General Manager) based on your club’s settings.

“Can we customise the report form?”

Yes - you can add fields specific to your site or operational risks (e.g. golf buggy faults, chemical spills).

“What if a staff member is injured?”

Record it in Obbi immediately. You can also attach any photos or follow-up details to the report.

“Do incidents stay logged?”

Yes - everything is retained securely in your system for as long as needed for audits or insurance purposes.
