How to Use It

For Staff: How to Complete Your Training

1. Go to the Training Hub (or check the Training panel on your homepage).
2. See your status: Not started, In progress, Expiring soon (Amber), Failed (Red), or Completed (Green).
3. Open a course to view the modules — videos, slides, or documents.
4. Click Start or Continue on any module to begin.
5. Work through the content using the arrows or play button.
6. At the end, you’ll either:
   • Click Acknowledge (if no test), or
   • Take a quick quiz to pass the module.
7. If you fail, you’ll be alerted and can click Redo to try again.

For Managers: Checking Team Training Progress

1. Click “Reports” On the left side menu, go to the “Reports” section.

   1. Choose Your Team & Select the department you want to view.

   Pick “Courses” from the Report List

   • This shows a table with all staff and their training progress.

     The table will display

     • Completed the training
     • Training in progress
     • Training not started yet (marked with a dash “–”)

“What happens if I fail a module?”

You’ll see a Red status and can click “Redo” to try again. Your manager will also be notified so they can support you.

“Can staff complete training on mobile?”

Yes - Obbi is designed for clubs, so it works from any device. No desk or login delays needed.

“How do I know what training I need to do?”

Your homepage shows all assigned and pending training. Managers can also send reminders.

“Do I need to complete a whole course in one go?”

No - progress is saved. You can return anytime and pick up where you left off.

“Can we customise courses?”

Yes - admins can create job-specific content, including your own documents, videos, and quizzes.
