Obbi
</aside>
<aside>
In a busy club, documents like safety policies, event SOPs, contractor guidelines, or allergen procedures are critical - but often scattered in folders, emails, or someone’s drawer. Obbi changes that.
</aside>
With this feature, you can:
- Upload and store all your safety, compliance, and training documents in one place
- Make policies accessible to the right staff instantly (no more “I didn’t see it”)
- Ensure version control - everyone sees the latest update, not the old printout
- Prove staff acknowledgment - essential for audits and insurance defensibility

Common Questions
</aside>
“Do I need to upload every policy separately?”
No — but we recommend keeping each one clear and focused. That way, you can track acknowledgments and updates per topic.
They’re much more likely to — because documents show up where they work. And you’ll know who has or hasn’t viewed them.
