Creating and Managing Teams

Go to Admin > Teams, then click Create a Team
Enter a Team Name, and (if needed) assign a Parent Team to organise sub-teams under departments
- Example: “Bar Team” under “Cleaners”
After creating the team, assign:
- Team Managers — those responsible for overseeing progress
- Team Members — staff who belong to the team
Once set, you can assign tasks, training, or assets directly to this team — saving time and ensuring relevance
