Creating a User & Managing Access

  1. Go to Admin > Users and click Create a User
  2. Enter the user’s:
  3. Assign them to one or more Teams — this controls what tasks and training they receive
  4. If they’re a manager or team leader:
  5. Click Create User

Resetting Passwords or Resending Invites

Need to help someone log in again?

  1. Still under Admin > Users, find and select the person needing access
  2. Click Reset Password / Send Invite
  3. Confirm the action by entering your own password

That’s it — your user is ready to go.

“Can a user be in more than one team?”

Yes, this can be useful for staff who work across multiple departments or roles.

“Can I stop the welcome email if I’m not ready to send it?”

Yes, you can turn off the auto-send during setup and send it manually later.

“What if someone forgets their password?”

Use Reset Password under Users, they’ll get a new one by email instantly.

“How do I give someone manager access?”

Use Add Teams to Manage during setup - this gives them reporting tools and team alerts.

“What if I need a new job role not listed?”

You can create custom roles under Manage > Manage Job Roles before or after setting up the user.
