Report an Issue During a Checklist

When a staff member spots a problem during a check (e.g. pre-start, kitchen, or maintenance), they’ll see this prompt at the bottom of the checklist:

⚠️ "Please communicate any issues or problems in the box below."

If there’s a genuine issue:

Get Notified and Open the Action

Managers or the assigned team members will be notified by:

Click the alert to view full details, including photos, notes, and the related checklist.

“What if I don’t see the issue box on my checklist?”

Check with your manager - issue reporting must be enabled for that checklist in Obbi.

“Can I assign the action to someone else?”
