What is Obbi?

Obbi is an integrated platform for managing all your safety and compliance duties. Designed for everyone in a club, whether Board Member, General Manager, Team Leader, or front-line staff. Everyone has a responsibility and duty to keep up safety standards, and Obbi is here to help make that easier.

We'd recommend that you read our Introduction to Safety Compliance on why it's important to stay on top of safety compliance, and how Obbi is going to help you make that as straight-forward as possible.

Obbi itself can either be accessed via the web (Obbi home page) or via the Obbi Mobile App (see the Using Obbi From Your Phone for more information).

Obbi brings together all the different elements of safety compliance so that you don't have to manage multiple systems and processes any more, whether that means pen and paper, spreadsheets, or other software solutions that only focus on one part of the club.

Make sure you follow the steps on the Accessing Obbi page first. Once you've done that, you will get access to your Obbi home page. This is the one-stop-shop for you and your team to instantly see what your compliance priorities are:

Tasks are front and centre, with an easily browsable worksheet based on team membership and work schedules.

You can also see your personal training and compliance status instantly, so you know exactly how much training you have left to do, as well as any issues or actions assigned to you, or any expired certificates that need to be renewed.

• Tasks - Record your checks, audits, and scheduled works around the club
• Actions - Manage response maintenance or corrective actions on assets and property
• Certificates - Track personal and club certificates for expiry and renewal
• Training - Learn and sign off on key staff training, like inductions or risk awareness
