Messages in Obbi
Obbi allows you to send and receive messages to and from other users and teams in your organisation. Messages can be flagged as critical to ensure they aren't missed by the recipients and can also have an acknowledgement requested on them.
You can access your messages from the side bar. A red indicator will show if you have any new messages.
The Messages Hub
This is your central location for viewing all messages sent to you and for creating new messages. At a glance you can see the following insights, which can be clicked to filter your messages:
- Critical Messages
- Unread messages
From here, you can click on any of your messages to view them.
Critical messages are flagged in main list, and you can also see at a quick glance if a message needs to be acknowledged or read. If you have any unread critical messages, a red banner alerting of this will show on all other pages within Obbi, until the critical messages are read. Clicking on the 'View messages' button in the banner will take you directly to your critical messages.
If you have been required to acknowledge a document, you will have the option to acknowledge it when you opene the message. Clicking on this lets the sender know that you have seen their message.
